PD Pasar Jaya Have Not Revitalize Two Markets

Two out of 10 folk markets in the capital have not been revitalized by PD Pasar Jaya, Those two markets are Petojo Enclek and Sumur Batu in Central Jakarta.

PD Pasar Jaya Director, Arif Nasrudin, said market revitalization at Petojo Enclek is disturbed by heritage matter. Meanwhile, revitalization in Sumur Batu is also disturbed by local traders agreement.
“We have cooperate with Dept. of Tourism and Culture to re-design Petojo Enclek. We’ll also meet the traders at Sumur Batu next week. Minimally, the support should reaches 60 percent. Now is still 53 percent,” he said, Thursday (8/25).
The Use of PMP Must On TargetHe added that the revitalization budget is taken from government equity capital (PMP) 2014 Rp 170 billion. It is targeted the revitalization to complete by this year.
“Auction process has been held twice, but still no winner. We’ll use direct appointment option,” he closed.
